Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return you have 30 days to return your Item,  shipping fees are no refundable and buyer has to pay for 

                    return shipping

• State of return all items has to be new in their original package.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product) the reason of the return has to be send in  an email at info@bellaprocosmetics.com
• Process for return : after your email us the return request, we will respond in 48 hours with a return number
• Process of refund : as soon we receive the item, we will refund your money or exchange the product,
